KOLs recognize IL-31's role in itch for atopic dermatitis (AD) and prurigo nodularis (PN), but its involvement in skin barrier dysfunction, fibrosis, and inflammation is less understood. Similarly, there's limited awareness that T2 inflammation doesn't solely drive the diseases, leading to persistent symptoms like itch.
